Emlak Konut GYO, a subsidiary of Turkey's Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation, is delivering a landmark urban renewal project in Beyoğlu Fetihtepe: 778 new earthquake-resistant apartments and 159 commercial units on a 1-for-1 replacement basis. The foundation ceremony took place on 5 November 2022; the project is being built by Kuzu Toplu Konut İnşaat A.Ş. under a ₺740 million contract.
